We don't offer package deals for system administration or any of our other services. Each client has different needs and requirements, so it wouldn't make much sense to sale something that isn't needed. However, below you will find a list of what all good system administrators can handle, and dnydeNetworks is no exception.

You will notice many things listed that aren't normally considered the job of a system administrator. We take our jobs very seriously and are therefore very versatile in what we do (just like you!). This allows for various aspects of Information Technology to mix for your benefit.

We will administer any GNU/Linux or BSD operating system, but we waive the new server setup fee if we set up Debian or NetBSD as a new install! We do not support cPanel or WHM as a general rule, but exceptions have been made in the past! Please see our list of software we love and use for a good example of common packages that we have a great deal of experience with.

These prices are per server, per month and in United States Dollars. We offer bulk rates on both number of servers and time. All payment is currently through Paypal unless otherwise negotiated. The listed prices should only be used as a rough guide, since each contract is custom tailored to the project.

Security Updates - When an update comes out for your software, we will test it on our own servers and then apply it on yours!

Software Installation And Removal - Whatever you need to do your job, we'll make sure you have it!

This is what makes our administration Custom Administration! Prices are not given because these services are highly dependant upon the situation. Just contact us!

Software Tuning & Optimization - Squeeze every last ounce of power out of your systems, staving off inevitable upgrades.

Off Site Backup - Just in case of fire or other Godly act, your data will remain safe locked in our servers!

Emergency Response Time - If you want someone to be able to handle your situation in less than 15 minutes, we can do that!

New Server Configuration - Just bought a new server and need it set up? No problem, this is where we excel!

On-Site Services - We can fly out to the data center to make any changes, or if you need on-site support staff.

Custom Programming - You have package A that needs to interface with package B, we can build bridge C to put the two together!

Basic Security Auditing & Hardening - Quick and painless tests to see just how secure the server really is, and the appropriate changes made if needed.

Setup Fees

To make this fair to you, our client, setup fees are in two catagories; server setup, and client setup.

Server Setup fees are based on what needs to initially happen to the server. This varies depending on what it is you want us to do. For an emergency call on a broken system, this can cost up to $100. If we are simply taking over administration from another IT group, it can be as cheap as $20! New Debian or NetBSD servers have NO SETUP FEE!

Client Setup fees are one time and establish you as a client. This covers setting up your monitoring interface and alert options, as well as covering the initial setup with our client interface systems. This is usually very cheap, often no more than $20.
